Popunders are not shown on my website, why?
It's a possibility that we may not have any advertisers for your country or maybe you have reached your daily popunder limit. It might also be possible that popunders are not displayed on your website because you set minimal bid too high. If you still believe something is wrong with the adcode, do not hesitate to contact us.
What rates do you offer?
Rates are fully dynamic and depend on many factors like: visitor's country, your website quality and niche and even day of the week and time of the day.
What countries do you have popunders for?
Right now we have advertisers from more than 50 countries, including North America, Western Europe, Australia, India and Southern Asia.
Can I use other popunder/popup on my website?
Yes, but if you want to use another ad network together with PopAds, this might cause your rate to drop. Other popunder adcodes might interfere with PopAds code causing lower revenue. If you want to use another ad network along with PopAds, it's best to set it as Default code when generating the adcode.
Can popup blockers affect my earnings?
No, our popunder code opens the popunder when user clicks anything on your site. Our system bypasses nearly all popup blockers.
What websites are accepted?
All websites that don't break the US and Costa Rican laws are accepted. Your website's quality will be automatically measured, so if its quality is not rated high enough, it will result in lower rates.
Can I put PopAds code together with Google Adsense?
According to Google FAQ, Google allows you to have up to 3 pop-ups or pop-unders on your website. However, we cannot speak for Google and we cannot take any responsibility for their actions.
Is it important what is my site about?
Yes. If you have a website about loans or insurance, you will get better rates than if you had a "freebie" website.
Do you accept adult websites?
Yes, adult websites are accepted(as long as the content is legal).
Why are the rates lower during weekends?
Most of our advertisers are closed during the weekends.
Why did my rate go down when I allowed more popunders per visitor?
Because PopAds uses bidding system, first the most expensive popunder is served. After it is opened and a visitor gets another popunder, it will have lower rate then the first one. Your average rate will go down, but because more popunders will be server, your revenue will increase.
How many advertisers do you have?
Except our local advertisers, we have many partner networks who share their advertising base with us. Every day, we are running at least 1000 unique advertising campaigns.
Can you increase my rates?
No, sorry, PopAds uses dynamic pricing system and rates are not set by us. They are controlled by the market.
How can I improve my revenue?
First of all make sure that your website is put into the correct category. Also, make sure that you have a long list of keywords (remember that they have to be targeted to your website's content). Allowing popunders with sound, popups, etc. will increase your revenue as well.

Is your traffic expensive?
PopAds is using a state-of-art bidding system which allows you to choose how much you want to pay for each popunder. If you set your bid too low, you will get slower and lower quality traffic. Bidding starts at $1.00 USD per 1000 popunders.
What is the minimal quality setting?
Each website in PopAds network has assigned quality rating. The better content the website has(and less banners), the higher the rate is. Depending on your needs and results you can limit your campaign to higher classified websites only. This will result in better quality, but more expensive traffic.
My campaign has a very low conversion rate. What can I do to increase it?
First of all check your targeting settings. Make sure that you have chosen the right keywords, countries and category. You should also check the Minimal Quality setting. If you're sure that your targeting settings are correct, you need to improve your landing page. From our experience, a huge picture in the center with matching background color works best.
How long does it take to get a campaign approved?
Usually campaigns are approved in just 24 hours, even during the holidays and weekends!
Is your traffic Adsense safe?
No, it is not - Google does not allow Adsense to be placed inside popups or popunders. Check Google Adsense FAQ for more details.
I have create a campaign, but I am not getting any traffic. Why?
First of all, make sure that your campaign status is Approved. If you still don't get any traffic, it can be caused by the following reasons:
- Your bid is too low.
- Your Minimal Quality is too high.
- You have targeted "long tail" keywords that we currently do not have publishers for.
- You have selected a category that we do not have websites for.
In case you've double checked everything but you're still not getting any traffic, please contact us.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, you can withdraw your unspent funds anytime you want.

Is my deposit secure?
Yes. Our panel uses secure connection (SSL), just like in your bank account. This means that all data exchange between your computer and PopAds panel is encrypted. Except that, all withdrawals and deposits are monitored.
What kind deposit and payment methods do you accept?

Do you offer a referral program?
Yes, if you refer a publisher to us, you will get 10% of his earnings. If you refer an advertiser, you will get 10% of his spendings.
